Amazon Account Manager

We are seeking an Amazon account manager to head our online sales division with a focus on Amazon. The desired candidate will have in-depth experience working with Amazon Seller Central. Must be a self-starter with exceptional judgment to continue to grow our sales. This position will be responsible for managing listings across all channels, maintaining product inventory, building new listings, and analyzing sales data.

  • Give an example of a time where you identified key e-commerce opportunities and strategies to increase sales/profits and what the results were.
  • What is your experience using Facebook, Instagram, and other social media to increase your business on Amazon?
  • What is your experience analyzing e-commerce data to determine digital tactics moving forward, such as PPC marketing?
  • What is your experience in monitoring MAP pricing, Brand Registry?

Standard Expected Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years Digital marketing and/or eCommerce experience
  • Specific familiarity, experience, and knowledge of Amazon business on Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms.
  • Familiarity with selling on other 3rd-party channels such as eBay, Walmart.com, Groupon, etc.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing products, initiatives and/or programs on e-commerce platforms
  • Results-orientated self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Strong communication both verbal and non-verbal as well as negotiating skills
  • Organization and prioritization skills
  • Effective time management, detail, and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills to allow for fact-based selling
  • A goal-oriented individual who can focus on obtaining objectives
  • Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions
  • High level of integrity
